Any cancellation of the diagnostic appointment (new client) within 48 hours will result in the lump sum payment of 40 Euros for the next appointment, corresponding to the price of the diagnostic appointment allowing the assessment of the client's needs and the elaboration of the estimate. This deposit must be paid at least 48 hours before the appointment date set via a paypal link sent by Beauty Derm. It is deductible from the price of the first treatment performed on the sole condition that it is carried out within 2 weeks following the diagnosis; beyond that, it will be non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the diagnostic appointment by the client, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Any delay of more than 15 minutes will result in the postponement of the appointment.

A reminder message (sms or whatsapp) is systematically sent within 24 hours before the appointment; without confirmation from the customer maximum 4 hours before the appointment, the appointment will be canceled.

Appointments related to promotional offers or contests can be made within 3 months from the date of purchase; beyond that the appointment is lost, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Cancellation policy (see above) applies.
