The methodACCESS CONSCIOUSNESSwas developed by Gary Douglas in the 1990s and was designed to facilitate the liberation of one's memories negative)   and access to multiple possibilities in all aspects of our lives.

Les « bars », sont les espaces de stockage énergétique, chacun correspondant à un domaine précis (communication , creativity, gratitude, money, sexuality... ), but used repeatedly with nos  limiting memories (patterns of behavior, beliefs, negative thoughts, judgments. ..) or in "autopilot" mode,   they prevent us from being fully ourselves.

Course of the session:

Comfortably lying down and while remaining dressed, the method consists of activating the "energy bars" by placing the hands points located at the level of the head,  to reset your blocks and thus develop all your potential.

Each session is beneficial, sometimes with impressive effects from the 1st session, and the results will amplified over the sessions. It is a treatment that will be personalized according to the problems of each one.
